Youbus is the explicit platform in Odisha for online bus ticket booking. Though we provide bus ticket booking option for all routes and all bus operators through a single platform, we don't have our bus services. Rather, Youbus collaborates with all bus operators for all routes in Odisha and the states around it. Mentions about the arrival and departure timings on the ticket are the most probable times. Hence, it is suggested that the travellers should reach bus station prior 30 minutes of departure.

It is essential for the passengers to have a copy of their ticket and along with anyone Identity proof; be it about driving license, Student ID card, ID card of the workplace, Passport, PAN card, Aadhaar Card, or Voter ID card.

In those occasions when the bus operator changes the bus or allocates a different bus (for the same journey) due to some reason, Youbus will pay back the amount for the change in quality to the customer, if requested within 24 hours of the journey.

One can cancel the tickets booked through Youbus. But, the cancellation can only be made possible before 12 hours of the departure. The amounts of refund are going to be delivered to the account of the concerned user within ten working days.

In case of any delay of confirmation email or SMS due to technical reasons or due to wrong information was given by the user, the ticket will be considered as 'booked', once the ticket is shown confirmed on our website.

In case of certain amounts being deducted while booking the ticket, but not displayed or SMS not delivered, it is recommended to connect with our customer support team. Our responsibility includes:

  1. Providing an authorised ticket that can be accepted by the bus operator.

  2. Ensuring refund and support in case of ticket cancellation.

  3. Assisting through customer support by providing useful information for any kind of delays or inconvenience. We are not responsible if:

  4. The bus doesn't depart or reach on given time.

  5. Inappropriate behaviour of the bus staffs.

  6. Standard of the bus seat and other facilities not as expected.

  7. Bus trip cancelled due to some reason.

  8. The luggage of the traveller is lost, misplaced, or hampered.

  9. The bus staffs are altering the traveller's seat at the end moment to accommodate a lady, senior citizen, child, or someone sick.

  10. The bus operator is changing the departure point or using a separate vehicle to take the customer to the departure point.

  11. Grievances and complaints regarding the bus trip should be notified to Youbus support team within a couple of days from travel date.
